Sightings From Around The World
There is no doubt that UFO sightings have increased exponentially over the last couple of years! And here we are not yet out of January 2009, when we have already had several "major" sightings, including of course the Conisholme Wind Turbine crash. I believe we are moving towards a culmination of events, that over the next few years will see a full disclosure of the truth. Of course what that truth might be, is anybodies guess! Whatever that truth might be we at TSW will be displaying the evidence for all to see.
Argentina: Amazing video footage of a UFO landing
Special report by Michael Cohen m.cohen@allnewsweb.com
Buenos Aires: Astonished commuters stopped their vehicles to view one of the clearest sightings of a low flying UFO ever near Buenos Aires in Argentina. The event occurred at 8:41 PM on January 24 2009 besides the heavily polluted Cascallares Dam. Stunned witnesses dived into their cars for cell phones and one even was able to pull a pair of binoculars out of his boot. They then watched the most unworldly of objects rise and descend almost to road level while enthusiastically declaring it a UFO.
One witness, Mr Christian Soldano, was lucky enough to be carrying a high quality video camera with night vision and was able to capture this curious event. His astonishing film can be seen below.
Sceptics have already dismissed the film as being a case of ball lightning and insisting that what was filmed was not a UFO, however South American ufologists note that no other film of ball lighting has ever been produced showing an object with similar characteristics.
Many have observed that this is simply one in a sequence of many sightings involving UFOs and lakes and dams in Argentina, further strengthening the theory that visiting extra-terrestrials are using these lakes to park and conceal their UFOs and possibly build bases here on earth. Interesting also is the fact that in many ways this sighting resembles the recent and extraordinary sighting over Athens that All News Web reported on late last week.
Wichita UFO Sighting

It flew fast like a jet, made a whirling sound and left an odd glow.
That's how an amateur photographer described a flying machine he spotted in the skies near Rose Hill on Friday. The UFO world is now paying attention to his photograph.
On Monday, the photo appeared under the headline "Weird Object in Wichita," on UFO Digest, a Canadian Web site.
The object looks like some kind of new-technology fighter jet, possibly a prototype, said UFO Digest editor and publisher Dirk Vander Ploeg.
Jarrod Bartlett, spokesman for Boeing Integrated Defense Systems-Wichita, said in an e-mail that he checked with flight operations staff "and they were not able to identify the aircraft. We do not often get calls regarding unidentified aircraft."
McConnell Air Force Base declined to comment.
The man who captured the image said he took the photo at 8:42 a.m. Friday near 210th and Prairie Creek Road, about three miles south of Rose Hill.
"I was facing east when I shot the photo," the man, who asked not to be identified, said in an e-mail.
He described what he saw: "The object came out of the clouds really fast. It sounded kind of like a jet but much, much softer and had a whirling sound with it.
"I only got off one shot because it was really close before I realized it was something different. It went back upward, much like a jet, and was gone.
"There was a odd pinkish glow in the sky behind it."
In a telephone interview, the man said he takes still-life photos as a hobby. He said it was fortunate he had his camera out when the object flew into his view because he saw it for only a few seconds.
"The only problem was I had a real slow lens... . I wasn't planning on taking a picture of anything moving," he said.
He said he used to work at Boeing and has seen a lot of aircraft over the years.
"It didn't sound like one of these jets that I hear all the time.... It was much quieter, much quieter," he said.
He noticed that the flying machine's exterior looked black and shiny.
He estimated the object came no closer than 1,000 feet above the ground. It swooped in as if it was on "a bombing run."
"Then in one smooth motion, it went back up," he said.
After he took the photo, relatives urged him to send it to the UFO publication. He was reluctant.
"I didn't want people to think I'm nuts," he said.
Vander Ploeg, the UFO Digest publisher, said he is a former small-plane pilot who is familiar with various aircraft. He said he was confident that the image is not a hoax.
"But I can't tell you what it is," he said.
"I've never seen a plane that looks like that."
German jets in UFO alert
FIGHTER pilots were put on red alert in a UFO drama over Germany, it emerged yesterday.
Air traffic controllers tracked a mystery object speeding across the entire country.
Investigators have checked and excluded conventional aircraft, weather balloons and freak atmospheric conditions.
Axel Raab of Germany’s air traffic safety office, the DFS, said: “We have ruled out all the conventional possibilities — it is a mystery.”
There were dozens of reports of the object as it flew across southern Germany on January 19.
It vanished above an area used by US troops on training exercises.
Mr Raab said: “It confused radar operators because it kept flicking on and off the screen. Then it simply vanished.”
UFO photographed over the Llaima Volcano, Chile

by Sandra Rodríguez-Beauchamp
On December 6, three days before the outstanding UFO sightings over Santiago de Chile were recorded, Army sergeant Fernando Yáñez Muñoz a snapped the above photo of what seems to be a starship hovering over the 3,125 meters high Llaima volcano, within the Congûillio National Park in southern Chile. One of the largest and most active volcanoes in Chile, the Llaima erupted violently on the first day of January, this year. Sergeant Munoz was on military duty at the time and with other officers who presumedly witnessed the UFO as well.
'The photo, if genuine, is remarkable and also rather beautiful' one ufologist commented. The UFO appears as bright white light and mirrors local Amerindian legends about ancestors and 'Star beings' coming down to earth bathed in glowing white light.
Is this UFO and the one seen over Santiago related? If so, in what way? Are the starship crews at work preventing further eruptions? These questions remain unanswered, but most people in Chile – and everywhere else, for that matter – keep wondering about the magnitude and frequency of sightings in the “Southern Cone”, particularly Chile and Argentina.
RAF ordered to shoot down UFOs
Pilots have apparently fired upon the unidentified objects without success since the 1980s, according to Nick Pope, who used to run the Ministry of Defence's UFO project.
There was a faction in the MoD who said We want to shoot down a UFO and that will resolve the issue one way or another, he told The Sun.
We know of cases where the order has been given to shoot down - with little effect to the UFO.
Mr Pope claimed that the RAF only attempted to engage when the mysterious objects were perceived to be a threat.
He said: in the case of UFOs, whether the object is causing a threat is very much a pilot's judgement call. The public won't know unless it comes down in a heavily populated area.
The MoD refused to comment.
Earlier this month, residents in the Lincolnshire Wolds were left puzzled by the destruction of a wind turbine within hours of several sightings of strange glowing orbs.
At least half a dozen residents reported seeing the orange-yellow spheres, which some witnesses claimed were trailing tentacles.
Dorothy Willows, who lives a mile and a half from the wind farm, said she saw a low-flying object skimming across the sky towards the turbines on January 4.
The following morning, a 213ft glass fibre turbine was left crippled, with locals reporting hearing a loud bang like thunder.
One of the £1 million turbine's 65ft blades was ripped off and another severely damaged
Chupacabra photgraphed at La Pampa Airport, Argentina?

The image was reportedly taken by amateur photographer Fabian Romano at a Macachin airport in La Pampa, Argentina.
According to the uncorroborated story that accompanies the picture on dozens of cryptozoology websites and blogs, the photographer spotted the fast-moving "being" but was only able to take a single photo before it flew away.
He reportedly sent the photo to local UFO study group which decided it showed a creature of high strangeness and forwarded it on to the police.
The blurb with the picture claims that officers used high-tech equipment to enhance the image, revealing that the animal had eye sockets and a beak. The special criminal division estimated that the creature could be up to 2ft 7 in tall, it is claimed.
But the story has been met with scepticism among experienced photographers, who point out that it would be impossible to tell the size of the object without knowing how close it was to the camera.
More mundane and plauside theories include that the photo is a long exposure shot of a bird, or an insect that flew too close to the camera.

Millions see UFO crash, Saudi Arabia
Astonishing events are occuring around the world and not as much as a word about them is being written or said in the West. In Saudi Arabia last week what might well have be a UFO, possibly crashing into earth, was witnessed by literally millions of people in the vicinity. Multiple photos of the object have come to light.
Arabic language forums are abuzz with Saudi citizens claiming to have witnessed what is even being described by some in the normally conservative Saudi Arabian press as a possible UFO either crashing to earth or simply executing manoeuvres designed to scare humans. Others are claiming the object was an Asteroid or a Satellite. Witnesses are reported to be waiting for an explanation from local meteorological bureaus but have received no answers yet.
ON Wednesday 7th of January after evening prayers a large noise was heard in sky followed by the sighting of an intense large light heading from the west above the Al-Qasim region east of Saudi Arabias capital city Riyadh. Many locals had seen meteors prior to this but claimed this one did not fit the typical description at all: it was a blue green colour and was shooting out green lasers.
One witness Khalid commented No one has ever seen anything like it
Amazingly for an incident that hasnt even made the news in the West, the object was seen as far away as Kuwait. The complete absence of this story within western media is truly surprising as this was not your average incident involving a few people seeing strange things in the sky, the Saudi police recieved thousands of calls about the incident alone.
It was reported that thousands of people were terrified and many even began to pray. Some have posted messages on the web warning that this might be a sign from God for the Kingdoms silence on Gaza. Locals in the region where the object appeared to be heading claim they heard an explosion and felt a large tremor indicating that the object crashed. The Saudi government has not released information regarding the crash site but is reported to have sealed the area.
The pictures below were taken of the object:

China: Dazzling UFO seen and flimed by eight firefighters
Report by Audrey Chan
A remarkable UFO was seen and filmed in China by an entire squadron of fire-fighters in Liu Pan Shui City in the province of Guizhou through a camera with a 700X zoom capability. One of the fire-fighters, Wang Jia Wei, noticed an odd looking, brightly flashing star moving in a south easterly direction and went inside the fire-fighters barracks to get a camera.
Luckily for Wang he was able to find a Panasonic camera used by his comrades to record damage caused by fires that allowed him to zoom in on the mysterious object seven hundred times. At that point Wang could see that the object was in fact two rotating spinning top shaped crafts or halves of a whole craft joined at a their bases. They were flashing a multitude of colours: Purple, red, blue, orange, white and gold.
Wang then called his eight fellow fire-fighters out and they observed the slow moving craft for almost an hour until the craft suddenly vanished.
20 minutes of footage was recorded and have been showed to Chinese reporters. The firemen approached the Liu Pan Shiu meteorological bureau two days after the sighting to seek some answers. Surprised staff members working for the bureau were shown the footage but were unable to identify what the object might be, declaring that it is indeed a UFO. There has been no suggestion that the fire-fighters faked the sighting and this not believed to be the case by any involved parties, the footage has been handed to government astrological departments for further analysis.
The photo below is a verified still from the footage that our source has sent us. We believe a film should soon be available for veiwing and will post a link as soon as this occurs. The UFO corresponds to the craft often described in sightings around the word as a diamond UFO. These craft are usually seen at great heights and almost never seen on earth itself. This has lead some to believe they are highly evolved technology well beyond your standard saucer and might be used to travel from other civilized planets rather merely used to explore planets like earth after exiting a more substantial mother ship.
The incident has received wide coverage by mainstream media in China, although it has received no publicity in the west as far as we know. Hardly surprising, as this is a credible and compelling incident of the type Western Governments would rather people not know about. The Chinese Government, however, is known to take a more open minded approach to UFOs and generally regards them as fact.

Donut shaped UFO caught on phone cam near Conisholme Wind Turbine Site
THIS donut-shaped UFO was caught on camera near Conisholme wind farm a few weeks before the wind turbine was damaged.
Brian Lee, 55, was driving on Billings Gate road in South Somercotes at 4.30pm on December 9 and stopped his car to take some pictures of a dramatic sunset on his mobile phone.

It wasn't until he returned home and looked over the images that he discovered the strange object in one of them.
He said: I looked at my phone and just saw this donut-shaped thing in the sky; I didn't know what to think it was.
The image, facing a south westerly direction, also shows the headlights of a car approaching. The mystery object can be seen in the sky amidst the dark clouds.
Mr Lee, from nearby Saltfleet, said: I've sat on this photo for a while because I just didn't know what to think about it, but after seeing all your stories in the Leader about the wind farm UFOs I thought maybe I should show somebody.
When asked if he believed UFOs were of alien origin, Mr Lee said he likes to keep an open mind, but added: This isn't some sort of hoax as I really don't have any interest in the whole UFO thing. I just thought it was really strange.

UFO Caught on Phone Cam in Torviscas
Mick Porter had just finished installing the steelwork at this villa in Torviscas. He had packed up his tools and was ready to depart, when he decided to take a picture of his work. It was taken on his mobile phone at 2:30pm on the 8th December, he never noticed an object at the time but when printing the picture last Monday, he realised what had been caught by the mobile phone cam and sent it to TSW. We are at present in the process of arranging for the picture to be analysed and will post the results as soon as we have them.

Update
UFO wind turbine crash site sealed
Security operatives backed by snarling dogs have sealed off the Conisholme wind farm in Lincolnshire, to prevent alien hunters making off with the remains of the UFO which earlier this month seriously damaged one of the turbines, the Sun reports.
Ufologists are pretty well convinced there is an extraterrestrial explanation for the incident which saw one turbine blade ripped off and another seriously damaged by a vessel "about 170ft long" following numerous reports of mystery "low-flying aircraft", lights in the sky and, finally, a "big bang".
Dale Vince of Ecotricity, which operates the site, said last week: "We don't have an explanation at the moment as to what the cause was. We have been crawling all over it and have sent bits off for analysis to see if we can work out what caused it. Until we have some idea, some plausible explanation that it was not a UFO, I don't think we should rule it out."
Well, German experts have indeed now moved in to attempt to pinpoint the cause of the carnage. Should they prove that ET isn't actually to blame, the black helicopter mob have a fall-back position - an ultrasecret robot stealth aircraft project hinted at by MoD, according to the Sun.
UFO turbine debris sent to German forensic scientists
A 65ft blade from the 290ft turbine fell off and a second was bent in the mysterious incident in Conisholme, Lincs, on Wednesday.
Hundreds of local witnesses claimed to have seen bright flashing spheres in the skies above the turbine, and many are convinced the damage was caused by a flying saucer.
Scientists at manufacturers Enercon have been looking into the mystery, and dismissed the theories that either a chunk of ice thrown from another turbine, or frozen urine dropped from a passing plane, was the cause.
A source told The Sun: It is impossible to get a lump of ice on a wind turbine blade big enough to cause that kind of damage, let alone be flung from one to another.
Also, turbines have sensors in the blade. If they detect ice forming they turn themselves off.
Additionally, any large lump of ice would not have melted so quickly in the cold weather and would probably have left a dent in the ground. No debris was found other than remains of the turbine.
If there is a rational explanation, the investigation will find it.
Could this be the smoking gun! On January 7th 2009 an object of unknown origin and type, collided with a wind turbine near Louth Lincolnshire. The following report appeared in several national and local newspapers
January 7th 2009 - UFO Hits Wind Turbine
There was a massive ball of light with tentacles going right down to the ground
over the wind farm. It was huge. With the tentacles, it looked just like an octopus.
- John Harrison, Resident of Louth, Lincolnshire, England

On January 7, 2009, at 4 AM in Louth, Lincolnshire, on the east coast of England, local residents were awakened by a sound and some reported a giant explosion in the air after several other residents earlier in the night had reported seeing flashing orangey-yellow spheres over Lincolnshire where the wind turbine was seriously damaged. The Sun reports this statement from the U. K. Ministry of Defence: Unless there is evidence of a potential threat, there is no attempt to identify the nature of each (UFO) sighting.

Baffled power chiefs said of the smash in Conisholme, Lincs: We have a team investigating. There was no trace of the missing blade. A UFO expert said: We are very excited.
It should be noted that several sightings of red/ornage spheres have been reported recently here in Tenerife.
