When submitting a report please include as much information as you can, such as, time of incident, place, current weather conditions, parties present and if possible their contact details. A descrption of the object, a picture/movie of the object. And you and any of your friends impressions/feelings at the time of the encounter, and if any/all parties would be agreeable to an interview. Please use the email address below. We will acknowledge your report asap.
